please just be respectful!! if you don’t like/agree with me on something on my page or in my TOS, it’s not your problem and I don’t see why you should feel the need to correct me! you are not being forced to interact with me. you can just block me <3> keep politics off of my profile / don’t approach me with political talk.

> never reference or plagiarize my original works, and please do not attempt to purposefully mimic my art style. some artists are chill with being used as inspiration, but i’m not super comfortable with it.

DNI - DO NOT INTERACT
the following groups of people, or anyone who supports them, are considered immediately blacklisted and are not allowed to interact with me or come into possession of anything created by me (art, design, etc). anyone who trades, gifts, or sells any piece of my work to them will be held accountable.~ racist / ableist / sexist / zoophiles / pedophiles / typical DNI criteria
~ you romanticize themes such as self harm or SA
~ anyone who is not in support of the LGBTQIA+ community
~ you trace or steal art, or your style references another artists style without their permission
~ anti-furry + anti-alterhuman
~ if you have unfiltered or illegal nsfw work on your page or profile
~ if your account contains AI images/ you are an AI image generator. it’s not art. agree or move along. thanks!

> any art that depicts hate for another person / group of people
> anything related to themes on my DNI list (such as pedophilia, zoophilia, etc.)
> if not on this list, such as gore or dramatic themes, it’s ok! Feel free to ask though if you’re ever unsure.
> I do not always agree with the practice of revoking designs from users who rightfully purchased them. however, if my designs are at risk of being used in inappropriate or harmful works I do not condone, they may be revoked.

> I do not do refunds on commissions unless I feel the need to supply one or there is an emergency.
> you can absolutely use the art you receive as a pagedoll, pfp, or banner, but I must be credited always!
> you may never tamper with, edit, draw over, or change any of my art in any way without explicit permission. It must remain the exact same as when I finished with it.
> waiting times for commissions vary!! art is my hobby, not job, so I can’t always get to it quickly!! you have complete right to ask for updates whenever you like, of course.

⚠️important: you are responsible for downloading and saving the adopt images to a safe place!!! much of my older art gets archived / deleted due to issues with my very old device and so the original files may be lost on my end. i’m sorry about this :[
> you must always credit me for my adopts’ designs. you can also just link to my carrd itself for ease!
> if you reupload the adopt image, you must credit me properly by linking back to my page/account.
> remember to abide by my design use terms! (i.e. what themes are permitted to feature my designs and which are not)
> stealing, making sister designs, or creating bootlegs of any of my designs or adopts will result in a blacklist and block.
> I do not refund adopts, apologies! if you do not want an adopt you purchased from me, you are permitted to resell them of course.
> you cannot drop out of a hold. this is to discourage ghosting. refusing to comply may result in a graylist, so please be sure you want to reserve the adopt! [in case of emergency, canceling a hold is negotiable.]
> WHEN RESELLING: my adopts do not have a ‘cooldown’ time! you may resell, trade, or gift them whenever you like, even immediately after purchase. what you sell my designs for is up to you, but please do not purposefully purchase my designs and resell for an increased price like a trading chip.

anytime a piece of my artwork is being used, such as for a banner, profile picture, or other decoration, I must be credited appropriately! please either mention my username, tag me, or link back to my carrd!
I really appreciate being credited anytime a character design of mine is featured! you can simply mention my username or link back to my carrd, if you like.___________________________________________________________regarding art i’m given
art I receive, (whether it’s a gift, fanart, commission I purchase, art trade, etc) will be uploaded to my Toyhouse at some point. if you do not want your art on my Toyhouse, please let me know!!
Blacklist and Graylist
this is not created to be an attack on any user or person. please be warned of these people, but do not harass or attack them, ever.~~~graylisted : users must refrain from purchasing my designs for a limited time. limited interactions, please.
blacklisted : block me if you support any of these users. these users may not interact in any way. this includes block evading. they are no longer permitted to receive any designs of mine via resale/trade/gift.i revoke my designs and works from users only if my work is at risk of being depicted in a way that is explicitly against my terms of service.(i.e., Zoophilic, Pedophilic, hate art, anything promoting/supporting Trump, etc)

got defensive of Trump + his supporters on a page where someone posted specifically saying they wanted Trump’s supporters to DNI. just inconsiderate and disrespectful. when confronted about it, they insisted they had never done it and that i was a lair. i deleted the screenshot of that interaction because they misgendered me repeatedly.
