> never reference or use any of my pieces, designs, ideas, or property without explicit permission. I will deliver warnings, strikes, and report any stolen works.

inspiration
> you may not take inspiration off of any of my original species, original chatacetees, stories, designs, adopts, anything that is my property without explicit permission from myself. doing so will result in an immediate. blacklist.
> you may not take inspiration from my art style. some artists are ok with this; I am not. do not copy, trace, reference, source, or otherwise take any inspiration from my art style.
> I am not afraid to issue warnings or copyright strikes to those who blatantly plagiarize my property despite these warnings.~~~
commissions
> make sure to abide by all rules on the commissions page as well!
> I do not do refunds on commissions unless I feel the need to supply one or there is an emergency.
> you can absolutely use the art you receive as a pagedoll, pfp, or banner, but I must be credited always!
> you may never tamper with, edit, draw over, or change any of my art in any way without explicit permission. This includes using filters of any kinds. Even if the art was given to you, you may not alter it at all. It must remain the exact same as when I finished with it.
> waiting times for commissions vary!! art is my hobby, not job, so I can’t always get to it quickly!! you have complete right to ask for updates, but by ordering a commission on you understand that you can’t force me to finish your art within a certain time frame.
> please be aware that your commission may have to be cancelled at any time do to motivation/mental health issues on my part. I apologize in advance for any of these inconveniences. <\3~~~
adopts
> important: you are responsible for downloading and saving the adopt images to a safe place!!! much of my older art gets archived / deleted due to issues with my old device and so the original files may be lost on my end. i’m sorry about this :[
> you must always credit me for my adopts’ designs. you can also just link to my carrd itself for ease!
> if you reupload the adopt image, you must credit me properly by linking back to my page/account.
> remember to abide by my design use terms! (i.e. what themes are permitted to feature my designs and which are not)
> stealing, making sister designs, or creating bootlegs of any of my designs or adopts will result in a blacklist and block.
> please never send payment until I have replied to you and told you that you can have the adopt. If you fail to comply, you may not be refunded.
> i do not refund adopts. if you do not want an adopt you purchased from me, see ‘resale’ below.
> you cannot drop out of a hold. this is to discourage ghosting. refusing to comply may result in a graylist, so please be sure you want to reserve the adopt! [in case of emergency, canceling a hold is negotiable.]~~~
resale
> do not sell designs i have created for more than you purchased them for—unless extra art or works have been added.
> you cannot ever tradelock my designs!! a ‘tradelock’ is when you trade a character to another user in exchange for one of their characters—but, the tradelocked character can only be given back to the person who owned/traded them originally. personally, I just don’t want this done to my designs :’]
> if you no longer have use for one of my designs and are giving them away for free, please let me know! I’d love to take them off your hands :]
> never resell/trade/gift characters from any of my original species to users on my blacklist.
> my designs and/or art may never be sold, gifted, traded, or otherwise given to a user on my blacklist, graylist, or my DNI list. You will be blocked + blacklisted~~~
crediting
> if posting art of a design I created/using my art offsite, such as as a pfp or banner [only art you are permitted to use] you must provide a link back to either my carrd or DeviantART.
> I must be credited for all designs I have created at all times; this includes when art is made for them!! If you commission a piece featuring one of my designs, I would like to be credited in the description of that work aswell.
> I must be credited properly for all art I have created! either mention my name in the description, tag/ping me, or link back to my account/carrd.~~~
regarding art i’m given
art I receive, (whether it’s a gift, fanart, commission I purchase, art trade, etc) will be uploaded to my Toyhouse at some point. if you do not want your art on my Toyhouse, please let me know!!~~~
Blacklist and Graylist
this is not created to be an attack on any user or person. please be warned of these people, but do not harass or attack them, ever.~~~graylisted : users must refrain from purchasing my designs for a limited time. limited interactions, please.
blacklisted : block me if you support any of these users. these users may not interact in any way. this includes block evading. they are no longer permitted to receive any designs of mine via resale/trade/gift.i revoke my designs and works from users only if my work is at risk of being depicted in a way that is explicitly against my terms of service.(i.e., Zoophilic, Pedophilic, hate art, anything promoting/supporting Trump, etc)

got defensive of Trump + his supporters on a page where someone posted specifically saying they wanted Trump’s supporters to DNI. just inconsiderate and disrespectful. when confronted about it, they insisted they had never done it and that i was a lair. i deleted the screenshot of that interaction because they misgendered me repeatedly.
